Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa (Life-force ) + Flow (Union) = Vinyasa Flow
This class offers an easily accessible way in 60 minutes to step outside the chatter inside our heads and into a zone known as the flow. The practice is a series of interconnected poses (asanas) that gradually modulate between a gentle pace and a more moderate pace with a focus on breath work. The practice moves and stretches all major joints and muscle groups with a focus on alignment, posture and the breath. The practice ends in shavasana, a deep relaxation and meditative segment. It is ideal for both beginners and intermediate and modified poses are offered to accommodate injuries or physical limitations.
