Randy Evans

Randy Evans

I take a personal and individualized approach to teaching yoga. Influenced by my own experience as a practitioner of the Ashtanga tradition. My classes are geared towards students looking to move beyond the physical asana practice, exploring the other limbs of what constitutes yoga; those interested in gaining a deeper sense of how to integrate the practice fully into their life.

The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students' experience, energy and prowess. I like to place a focus on mindfulness, remaining present through the breath, and realizing our true inner nature.

My classes are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate students – with individual attention paid to each student. Cincinnati, OH – 200-Hour Certification

Suzie Nagy

Claire Fischer

Letting go and quieting the ego can be the most challenging things people encounter when they first start their yoga practices. Suzie encourages students to practice toward progress rather than perfection. To that end, she works to create a safe and supportive space where students can tune into their bodies and emotions, fully embrace their vulnerability, and let the mindfulness of practice radiate into daily life. Suzie has had RYT 200-hour training at The Yoga Bar's Bija Yoga School focused on Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.

Suzie is also a True Body Project Leader in two area schools where she co-teaches classes on mind-body connection to young women and girls. She has a passion for world travel and likes to tour different studios and yoga teachers while on her trips. When not on her yoga mat, you'll catch her in Over-the-Rhine where she lives and works.".
